At QuizSolver AI, we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription, as it explains when refunds are and are not possible.


1. Digital Service Nature

QuizSolver AI provides digital services (AI-powered quiz solving, homework assistance, and image/text processing).
Once a subscription is activated, credits are immediately delivered, and access to the service is granted.

Because of the digital nature of the service, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.


2. No Refunds for Completed or Used Subscriptions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • The subscription was successfully paid and activated

  • Credits were delivered to the account

  • Any credits were used or consumed, even partially

  • The user selected the wrong plan (e.g. yearly instead of monthly)

  • The user forgot to cancel before renewal

  • The subscription was cancelled after payment

  • The service was not used after renewal (non-usage does not qualify for a refund)

  • The user is dissatisfied with AI-generated answers or accuracy

  • The purchase was made accidentally or unintentionally

  • Financial hardship or personal circumstances

Once credits are delivered, the service is considered received and fulfilled.


3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer (No Refunds)

QuizSolver AI responses depend on:

  • The clarity of the question

  • The quality of the input

  • The context provided by the user

AI-generated answers cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory answers do not qualify for a refund.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs.


4. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Renewal charges are valid once processed

  • Reporting an issue after renewal does not make the charge refundable

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only

  • Cancellation does not reverse a completed charge


5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via:

  • Their account dashboard

  • The Stripe billing portal

After cancellation:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period

  • No future charges will occur

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period


6. Technical Issue Exception (Limited)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A verified technical issue on QuizSolver AI’s side

  • Completely prevented access to the service

  • For the entire billing period

  • And was reported promptly

This does not include:

  • User errors

  • Payment delays caused by banks or Stripe

  • Temporary access interruptions

  • External platform detection (e.g. exam websites blocking AI tools)

All refund requests under this exception are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund

  • Usage logs, access records, and credit consumption are used as evidence

  • Disputes based on accidental purchases, cancellation after payment, or dissatisfaction are considered invalid

  • Abuse of disputes may result in account suspension or termination


8. Goodwill Refunds (One-Time Only)

In rare cases, QuizSolver AI may issue a one-time goodwill refund as a courtesy.
This is:

  • Not an obligation

  • Not repeatable

  • Not applicable to future purchases

Once a goodwill refund is granted, no further refunds will be issued for the same user.


9. Unauthorized Payments

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your bank or card provider immediately.

QuizSolver AI cannot refund transactions that were successfully authenticated and processed through secure checkout.


10. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing a subscription on QuizSolver AI, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund & Returns Policy

  • You agree to automatic renewals unless cancelled

  • You accept that digital services are non-refundable once delivered
